As with a cleanser, when you have oily skin you need to use makeup formulated for it. If you use oil-based concealers or cheap primers with bad ingredients, you are simply asking for a breakout. Oily skin is permanently suffering from blocked pores, the last thing you want to do is make that worse with thick cakey makeup. When you buy your makeup, try to buy as expensive a base as possible. This will help to ensure that it has good ingredients, and will be less likely to cause a breakout.
