Creatine peptides are valuable in building muscle mass as well as promoting healing in bones ad muscles. Bioactive peptides have been proven to reduce inflammation and act as an antioxidant. This promotes healing as well as general health and fitness. Creatine has been used for many years as a fitness-enhancing supplement, but peptide creatine is fast becoming even more popular than regular creatine.

Skin Creams

Another very popular way to introduce more peptides into your body is with good quality skin cream. These skin creams and lotions have a high concentration of peptides that are delivered directly to specific target areas. Penetrating the lower layers of the skin, these peptides have been proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and other aging factors.

Peptide Protein-Rich Foods

Peptides are derived from proteins, both animal and plant-based. When you eat healthy foods high in protein, you are ingesting peptides with every meal. Although this is not nearly as effective as taking a peptide supplement or using a skin product infused with them, it will add to your overall health.

Peptide Side Effects

As peptides are produced naturally, there are very few side effects to taking them both orally and topically. Oral peptide supplements may not be absorbed whole by the body as they may be broken down into their individual amino acids before that can happen.

Topical peptide creams can very rarely cause a rash or discomfort. when you buy a peptide cream, be sure that it is from a well-known brand name that uses quality ingredients. Be sure to test the cream on a small area for 24 hours before applying liberally.
